Flower Essences
What are the flower essences?
They aren't quite homeopathic, they aren't quite herbs,
they aren't aromatherapy either. So what are they? Dr.
Bach believed that you need to focus on the spiritual
part of disease in order to heal. The flower essences
work on a vibrational level to help do this.
The links below will help you learn more about the flower
essences and help you choose ones that might be right
for you. If you or someone you know can muscle test, I
highly recommend using this method to determine the essence
that is right for you at the right time.
A few quick facts and tips:
-
There are no negative side effects (aside
from sometimes feeling the negative aspect of the essence
coming out)
-
A good rule of thumb is to use no more
than three flower essences at the same time (unless
it is the Rescue Remedy)
-
10 drops a day work well for a major
problem, five drops a day for a lesser affliction
-
See how you feel after 4-8 weeks on
an essence - give it time
-
Experiment with the time of day you
take your essences
-
Carry your essences with you, so you
can take them if you begin feeling the negative aspects
of that essence

This
article is good in the sense that it explains how
the emotions can be
treated, but I disagree with the part where it says
that physical symptoms
must be ignored. I think the emotions manifest as physical
symptoms and
they align with which essence you need.
